National Computer Incident Response Service
The National Computer Incident Response Team KZ-CERT was established in 2011 on the basis of JSC “STS”. The competence of the Service includes:
Search and identification of threats/incidents of information security in the Kazakhstan segment of the Internet;
Coordination of work on responding to threats/incidents of information security with joint activities;
Providing round-the-clock advisory assistance on threats and incidents of information security received from citizens of the Republic of Kazakhstan through all channels of interaction of the Service – chat in the Telegram messenger, e-mail, Call-center 1400, the website’s contact form cert.gov.kz
Notification of users, owners, owners of Internet resources, providers, telecom operators, law enforcement agencies, foreign and international organizations in the field of responding to computer incidents about threats/information security incidents recorded in their address space
