SINCE THE NEW YEAR, JSC “STS” LAUNCHES THE SYNAQ PROJECT
JSC “State Technical Service” (JSC “STS”) announces the launch of a new Internet portal SYNAQ. The portal will be available from January 1, 2023.
SYNAQ has been designed to automate the process of providing services for testing “electronic government” informatization facilities. To work on the portal, registration certificates of the National Certification Center of the Republic of Kazakhstan (NCC RK) for a legal entity are required. Now applicants can attach electronic documents when applying for a test, monitor the status of tests and eventually receive an electronic protocol.

Additionally: To become a user of the portal, you must have an Electronic digital signature, of a legal entity and go through registration procedures in order to sign and approve all necessary documents. For the convenience of applicants, it is provided to display the statuses of sent applications and requests, as well as receive notifications by e-mail about status changes, which increases the awareness of applicants, also ensures transparency of the business process.
